Very pleased
My experience with Charles can be summed up as honest,efficient,courteous and thorough. From the first encounter he listened patiently and answered all my questions. He was clear and concise. His predicted timeline was spot on. Any decisions I had to make along the way were guided by his advice but only after listening closely to my position. He was also available by email or his personal phone number through the entire process. In short I can't think of any way to improve my experience with wading through the legal process of personal injury

A really great lawyer and person
