I’m Rahul Parikh, an attorney with over a decade of experience helping clients draft, review, and negotiate business agreements that actually work. I’ve worked on hundreds—if not thousands—of contracts across industries including real estate, professional services, partnerships, and more. Before focusing exclusively on contracts and advisory work, I was a civil litigator and also served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida, trying over 15 jury and bench trials in under a year and appearing in courtrooms daily. That litigation background gives me a strategic edge: I know where deals fall apart, so I build contracts that hold up and prevent disputes.
