When I got arrested and brought up on felony charges, I had no idea where to turn to or where to go. I'm not a religious guy but I did some praying and I truly in my heart believe He put Lia into my life. I have been with Lia now for four years. First, she made me feel comfortable by trusting in me. Then got me a deal that no one ever thought possible. But it doesn't end there. Lia is still looking out for me and my family. It was the understanding and empathy she had to realize this wasn't just about me but how it affected those closest to me in my family as well. Lia still follows up on me and my family to keep me conscious and aware of my boundaries to keep us safe and secure. But as fair and just as Lia is I would never want to be her opposition. The Best Attorney in Florida

Awesome Attorney Lia Hartwell

Lia is a driven, non stop, tough and fair attorney as well as individual. Her advice, perspective and direction throughout our son's case was hard at times to heard, but always fair and accurate. Outstanding!

My daughter is a victim of domestic violence and sexual assault. We were floundering and not knowing what direction to go. Atty Hartwell was recommended to us and we are so thankful that she was. Atty Hartwell took quick control and gathered all evidence. She made weekly calls to us and kept us informed of what we needed to do and when we needed to be present. Atty Hartwell has a laser point focus and knows how to get what she wants to benefit her client. As a parent, this took a lot of pressure off of us. She is tough yet compassionate with out never losing the goal. I would recommend Atty Hartwell, as she is a force not to be reckoned with! We were so blessed to have her on our side fighting for my daughter. Thank you Lia.

Hartwell review

Just amazing. Lia went above and beyond. Always easy to contact. She often did MORE then what was required. She cares a lot about her clients. Even outside of the actual case. Will def keep her information close in the event that i need a lawyer in the future. You wont regret hiring this woman. Very professional.

Professional, honest, straightforward and caring

As someone who has never been in trouble with the law, Lia was quick to consult with me me and was extremely knowledgeable with the system. She was very clear with my options, the different paths I could take and what those paths could mean in the long run. Never once did I feel insecure about my representation, and whenever I had questions, she was specific with her answers and made sure I understood where the case was, and how to best proceed. I found her dependable, consistent and precise. In a time of need, that dependability was crucial to my case and my general sense of well being. As we proceeded, her confidence and knowledge with the law, made me understand I was always in good hands. She legitimately cared about making sure I wouldn’t be steamrolled by the legal system. I highly recommend Lianna Hartwell for criminal traffic cases. As a lawyer myself who actually taught criminal law on at UM law I can vouch for Lianna. The connections she has with the Courts will definitely help get a traffic ticket dismissed or win a case I would imagine; something even a lawyer cannot do himself and this comes from experience in trying. The fact of the matter is that law enforcement does not know the law (nor is it their job to) and we need someone like Lianna on our side to explain what the law is to them and showing this to the Court. Thank you for getting my speeding ticket - whereas I was not speeding - dismissed without points!

Superstar attorney

Ms. Hartwell helped me with my criminal defense case. Upon meeting with her and her staff I immediately felt at ease. We drew up the attorney/client agreement and once everything was signed her and her staff got right to work on my case. I was able to contact them anytime I needed with questions or updates and they always answered when I called I never had to wait for response. They kept me in the loop every step of the way with my case. The outcome was very favorable and I was very satisfied with her and her staff. I would recommend them to anyone who is dealing with a criminal or civil matter. Her professionalism with second to none, and the genuine care and concern of her and her staff was amazing. A fantastic attorney

Co-counsel

Best lawyer in town!

Lia definitely fought for my freedom and for the best possible outcome. I’m probably the most obnoxious client ever but even still she took my case. Getting my out of jail on three separate occasions and still have all my withholds. As long as I don’t mess it up for my self again I still have my life. From the moment that she visited me in jail till the day of court what she promised is what I got and there’s nothing more I can ask for. I recommend Lia Hartwell a million time over and if I can give her higher than five stars I would no questions asked! Thank you for all your work!

Passionate and Dedicated to get the Best Results Possible!

Choosing Lia Hartwell as my attorney was the best decision I ever made. She was ready to take on my case and did everything she could to get the best possible outcome and she made it happen! Someone who is highly knowledgeable and passionate in her field, she was everything I needed for my legal case. As someone who has never ran into a situation requiring an Attorney, I had many stressful days/nights and Lia did a great job of easing my nerves.
