Immigration Process

Valeria helped me with my immigration process, she is very knowledgeable, very patient and kind. She answered all of our thousands of questions, she was flexible with the days and time we needed to meet in person, made the whole process as smooth as possible for me and my husband. I got my Green Card... in 3 months. I’m very happy with her services, I recommend her 101%.

Immigration Process of Marriage

Valerie helped during all my process to get my first Green Card in California, I never had any problem with her job or with the USCIS, she did everything for us with patience, dedication and great knowledge. Diligent, Responsible, and Professional!

I definitely recommend Valeria Verdolin Capitol. She is a great professional, sympathetic, a highly knowledgeable and responsible lawyer. She helped me bring my parents to visit me from Brazil. Nothing good to say

I consulted with Valeria after discovering my husband was pretending to be single online for most of our marriage. I wanted to legally separate to protect myself financially. I have nothing good to say about my interactions with Valeria unfortunately. She advised me not to separate from my husband w...hen I expressed concerns about protecting myself financially.

Amazing lawyer

Valaria has been a great help in my life! I first hired her to help me trough the process of becoming an American Citizen after I had been a permanent resident for almost 10 years. The process went smooth and easy and I was never worried at any time that anything would go wrong. After getting my n...aturalization certificate Valaria was my lawyer when I become engaged to a woman from Brazil and Valaria helped me trough the fiance visa process and again everything went smooth, easy and fast. My wife is now here and we have been married 2 years and soon we are about to file for the permanent resident card which I again will have Valaria help me with. Thank you for everything.
