Great Lawyer

Mr. Chase has represented me in several Family Law legal issues. He was recommended to me, and I am so thankful I hired him and his law firm to represent me. He will fight for your case! He has extensive knowledge, and he is ready to battle in court. If you are looking for someone not afraid to debat...e items in the court room, he is who you need to hire! Mr. Chase has always made sure I understand the whole process and has put me at ease. Mr. Chase and his law firm are the best in town, and I will not use anyone else to represent me!

Excellent Family Attorney

Mr. Chase helped us with a property dispute we had with another family member. He provided wise counsel and guided us through, what to us, was an unfamiliar process. His fees were reasonable and he was very direct and succinct in his communications, yet always willing to provide more details if nec...essary. He was knowledgeable and professional. Overall, we were extremely pleased with his services.

Best in the business

As a retired business owner of a large company, I have personally known Jim for several years while he was handling a case for me. He understands law and his business. I greatly admire his skillful and diligent work ethic. I would highly endorse his attorney services to anyone that requires such.... After being totally honest and upfront with Jim, he will guide and resolve your legal issue. Jim is very professional with a great intellect and has been in his business for many, many years. He is highly respected among his peers, co-workers and friends with an abundance of legal skills and instincts. Jim is objective in matters and will strive to steer all parties toward a fair and reasonable resolution. First of all, Jim has been a life saver to me throughout this most unpleasant experience. Since he is so hard working and highly educated, people do not wish to face him in a courtroom setting. Jim knows most all of his adversaries and truly what motivates them and their limitations. He handles correspondence in a timely manner to everyone. What he tells you is the truth, as he knows it, through his many years in business and his countless clients. Jim represented my firm in a suit with an x-partner that was suit crazy.

I found Jim to be very competent and felt well represented in this suit. He was always organized and prepared for each deposition. Jim's CPA experience was also helpful because he not only understands the legal side of things but also the business side. I would not hestate to use him again and i ofte...n refer my clients to his firm.
