My construction litigation practice involves both negotiating and drafting contracts, but principally dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration and litigation. We represent all parties involved in the construction process, including owners/developers, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, and materials suppliers. Most of our practice relates to commercial and multifamily construction, with a minority being residential construction.
