Autumn was a phenomenal attorney on a very complex case of Parental Alienation. Her staff was helpful and great to work with and Meredith is incredible and such an asset to this firm. This case started as a modification to existing Parenting Plan by the mother and evolved into an ever changing set of... circumstances that involved multiple counties and multiple agencies. Autumn had to constantly change her focus as the complexity of events that occurred were forever changing and dealt with far more than you would expect in most child custody cases. After almost two years of working this case and a five day trial, the father was given sole custody of his daughter. Thanks to God and the legal representation provided by Autumn and her staff, this case was won. Hopefully, this child and her father can heal from the events that stole two years of our family's life.

I recently went thru a nasty divorce. Autumn may be expensive, but you definitely get your money's worth. She has a suburb memory and proved she was up for the challenge. I was blindsided by the divorce and could not believe how ugly it can get. She taught me some ways of how to handle the "X", wh...ich I still use to lower the stress level. Let's face it, if you have kids involved, you still have to deal with the "X". I would definitely recommend her. I read other reviews of attorneys and heard how some didn't remember anything about your case when representing you in front of the judge. Not Autumn, she was so good, that near the end, she didn't need any files, she knew my case frontwards and backwards. She was also very easy to get in contact with after hours when issues developed. I hired Autumn to help me through my divorce. I found her on AVVO and thought that she sounded too good to be true. She felt that my case would not be difficult as there was abuse involved, lots of evidence, and everything would work out in my favor. It wasn't long before there was a disaster. Autum...n was very condescending to me the few times that I got to speak with her once things went south. I had to move out of my house, as my husband would not move out, and the abuse to both me and my children was getting worse and worse. She wrote in an email to me that she would have my husband out of my house within 3 weeks. Later she denied sending me the email and a mediation date was set for 4 months later. I asked where my kids and I supposed to stay for 4 months and was told that 4 months wasn't that long of a time period. I contacted an attorney friend of mine, who recommended another divorce attorney. That is where I am now, and I feel like progress is being made. I had given Autumn a large retainer and Autumn managed to bill me for all but a few dollars of the retainer after only attending the initial hearing and setting up mediation. I felt like she billed me for anything she could think of just to keep the retainer money. I think that Autumn would be fine for an uncomplicated divorce but she wasn't skilled enough to handle mine.
