Great DUI attorney

I would highly recommend using Mr Stevenson if you are faced with a DUI charge. My case was very successful in that it resulted in a reduction to reckless driving. The outcome was great but the way that i was treated personally was just as wonderful. A DUI case has the potential to be a long ordeal and the worst thing about it is to not know or understand whats going on. Throughout the entire process Mr Stevenson made sure that i always knew what my options were and what possible outcome or penalties i was facing. Having any kind of legal problem can be frustrating and even scary, but having someone you can trust help you through it makes all the difference.

You won't find a better attorney in this area!!!

You won't find a better attorney in this area!!!

Eric Stevenson is an extremely competent and knowledgeable attorney. He kept me well informed throughout my DUI case. I have no doubt that I would not have fared as well as I did without his representation. I recommend Eric to anyone facing such an awful situation.

If you are confused and overwhelmed about a recent DUI charge, please read this review! Time is limited for Certain Aspects!

I was very confused concerning hardship license and procedures followed during my arrest and booking. I was referred to Eric by two other attorneys, and even during the free consultation, he gave me precise steps to obtain my hardship license IMMEDIATELY! Within 6 days of my arrest, I had a VALID Florida driver license again for hardship purposes. You have only 10 days to get started, so immediate action is necessary! Upon retaining Eric's services, He reviewed my case, filed a not guilty plea on my behalf, and began gathering facts. Eric surrounds himself with very professional people, one of which is a private investigator named John who gathered evidence and facts for us. Eric filed numerous items with the court on my behalf, including a motion to suppress some state evidence. This motion was granted and probably led to the offer of a reduced charge in the case. I was facing serious career damaging consequences due to a DUI on my record, and Eric was sensitive and responsive to my problems. His professionalism saved my livelihood and preserved my dignity. I very highly recommend Mr. Stevenson to represent you if you need a GREAT DUI attorney.

Attorney Stevenson and Attorney you can count on!

I found Attorney Stevenson to be a very trustworthy lawyer that did a great job of representation for one of my family members. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is need of a good lawyer. We had full confidence in his representation and he keep us well informed of what was to be expected. I could not imagine anyone not having good representation during a difficult time. To try and go into the court room without good representaion can be a very intimidating & extremly confusing. Attorney Stevenson gives good sound advice and has his client's best interest at heart!

One of the most caring, competent attorneys you will find

I can not say enough positive things about Mr. Stevenson. He is one of the most caring individuals in his field. Mr. Stevenson had the courage to take on my case and the tenacity to stick with it. After three years of legal fights, Mr. Stevenson was able to finalize my case in my favor. I would not be where I am today without him. He always kept me informed of the status of my case. 2 D.U.I.s in one summer; Both reduced to reckless driving. He absolutely saved my career and possibly my life.

I was already charged over the summer of 2006 with 2 DUI's and several other charges related to the traffic stop. I already had one DUI on my record and I was looking at number 2 and 3 in one summer with the possibility of hard time and no future. Eric Stevenson took a case with impossible odds and won both cases for me. If the outcome were different I would have been looking at up to 3 years in prison. He had both cases reduced to reckless driving because hr found critical errors the police made and turned the odd in my favor. I highly recommend him for his integrity and willingness to fight for his clients. You can depend on this person to do quality work and hopefully save your life too. DUI

I was charged with a DUI on Federal property. Mr. Stevenson was very straight forward with typical results of my case based on the data I gave him. He was honest about his projected output of the verdict and was able to defend my case to a not guilty verdict.

Don't Waste Your Money

I would have been better off with a public defender. I wasted $5000 for nothing; he was always to busy to talk to me after he got my money of course. After that nothing. I did not have a criminal history, and it was really just a dui and another charge they gave probably only because I refused the test. I still got two years of probation. I so wish I would not have thrown my money away. I would have been just as good with a public defender if not better. I will say I love his paralegal, so she was very good. I wish I would have hired my divorce attorney; he was the same price and so much better; although I don't like his paralegal, but if I'm paying for an attorney there work is of the mist important to me!!! He talks a good game until he gets your money and then does as little as possible. I didn't even get adjudification withheld on the resisting arrest charge. A probation officer even told me I should have. Thanks for nothing but taking my money. Take my advice if you want a good personable attorney do not hire Eric Stevenson if you want to throw away money go right ahead.
