I hired this attorney. Ever heard of an attorney that "forgot" to tell their client they were officially divorced after a 2 year long divorce/custody battle? Well now you have, and I hope you heed my warning.. Do not hire Autumn as her people are incompetent, lack efficient communication skills, cons...istently drop the ball with important action items, and they will attempt to squeeze every dime out of their interactions with you. Autumn will send rude responses to emails about concerns with how your case is being handled, and then charge you for those interactions. Stay away from this firm if you don't want to waste energy fighting your attorney in addition to your ex spouse

Autumn was not the first attorney I hired in what was a very difficult divorce. She and her team were professional and knowledgeable and guided every move so that we had a winning strategy. With a high asset divorce, you want the best. She is very direct, but by the time you go to trial, the Judge...'s know and respect her and do not worry that she does not know the law like other attorneys in town. She also sets expectations realistically. The firm's rates may fee high, but in the end, it is totally worth it. Some say she is a bulldog but she does not flex unless she knows she can win. I am very happy with the process, feel like we won on more issues than we lost at the end, and feel the price I paid was worth it.

I started with another attorney in Pensacola, all I succeeded in doing was wasting 15k on ...nothing. After this HUGE mistake, I was a little smarter, and went looking for the kind of attorney that could get me to the finish line. I found her. Now, to the important stuff. I am an Active Duty officer in the Army. That’s important in what follows. When have you ever heard of an Active Duty Soldier winning primary custody of his kids??? Never, is most likely the answer. If you are results oriented, the bottom line is that Autumn gets them. She got me my kids, she got me my divorce, and she got me exactly the results I wanted. Most of the time leading up to the trial, I was overseas, handling everything with her and her truly amazing staff (Meredith and Miranda) via email and the occasional phone call. I only meet Autumn face to face a couple of days before the trial having done the telephone consult from Australia. Her preparation was flawless. Having read the Florida divorce laws back to front several times, I thought I knew what I was in for, but… I didn’t. Thank God Meredith had the patience for my many ridiculous questions, while never giving me the well-earned chastising I deserved for it. This was a LONG process, and during that process and hundreds of emails and thousands of documents, Autumn and her staff got to play attorney, counselor, life coach, sounding board, mediator, and I wish bartender, too my many rants and raves over an embittered ex trying her best to ruin my life and career. When after what seemed like an eternity, we finally got to court. When I said her preparation was flawless, it really was. When I compared Autumn to the opposing counsel, she was miles ahead of her. I never would have though another person could represent me, better than I could myself…wrong. Autumn represented me flawlessly, much better than I could for myself, she rounded off the strait forward military personality I have, and used it to her advantage on several occasions. I think it took me about two days to realize that she orchestrated me on the stand, just as much as she did my spouse. Folks, I can’t say enough, but if you really want to hear more, Autumn has my permission to pass on my contact details. She and her staff are worth every penny, especially in an industry where it is so easy to spend a lot, and get nothing. Autumn, I and my children thank you, your diligent and relentless efforts won my day in court.

the first time I called her office, like with any other office they ask you about the case and what you are in need of or looking for. I spoke with Meredith and right away I felt comfortable and like she was actually listening to me. I set up my consultation for the first available. I had already met... with two other attorneys locally and was not impressed. the first I felt didn't listen at all and didn't seem interested in helping me. the second, pretty much only discussed payment and again, I felt they weren't listening and the feedback was minimum. I met with autumn and it was completely different. she listened, gave feedback and even told me what I needed to do between that meeting and anything in the future. she never once made me feel like I was just another case or bothering her. she listened, she empathized with me, she was honest and kind. every time I called or emailed the office, I always got a response that same day. Meredith, her paralegal was amazing. there aren't enough good things that I can say about autumn and her staff. but more importantly, when it came time to be in front of the judge, mediation, and deposition this woman will and does fight for you. but more than that, I felt like she fought for us like someone who genuinely cares for you would fight. shes not going to give you the run around. she is honest and very upfront about things. and for the first time in years, I had felt this confidence and reassurance that everything was going to be okay. autumn and Meredith will always have a special place in our hearts and we are forever grateful for them. going through the courts for family law and/or divorce are always extremely stressful and tough. but if I had to do it all over again, it would absolutely be with autumn and her team. they are absolutely amazing. polite, professional, courteous, kind, humble, patient (especially with all my questions and emails) determined, knowledgable... the list goes on and on. She gave a family, our family, peace of mind and glued the pieces back. we are whole again because of her and Meredith.

Autumn and her associate Meredith helped me through the most painfully stressing time of my life. I have read many instances on how messy and revengeful divorces can be. This was not my experience at all, I was so thankful for Autumn and Meredith's commitment to my case and more importantly to me as ...a person. They were always calm, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process of my case. They always made me feel informed and empowered, keeping the best interest of my family at the forefront.
