Whether your dispute involves divorce, paternity, child support, alimony, asset division, debt division, visitation or child custody, a mediation may be the answer to resolving your case at lower expense to both parties since the resolution of your case does not involve the hiring of a divorce lawyer.
Once an agreement is reached (with or without mediation), a court order can usually be obtained in about one month for an uncontested divorce and within a few days for an uncontested paternity case. Uncontested divorce and uncontested paternity cases also have the benefit of greatly reduced legal fees.
Not all Florida Family Law matters involve litigation. Mr. Mullaney can also prepare your power of attorney, durable power of attorney, healthcare directive, and living will.
