Wonderful Experience / Extremely Satisfied
Mr. Feurerstein is an extremely honest, patient and helpful attorney, including researching information for me that went above the scope of what he needed to do, simply because he cared. His knowledge of my legal issue, helpfulness, explaining options and possible outcomes were all above par. Should I ever need legal assistance within his field of expertise again, I would retain him immediately.

I was recently in need of some last minute legal advice for an upcoming court appearance. I contacted Attorney James Feuerstein's office Jim was very responsive, courteous and helpful. I got a return call the same afternoon and an appointment the next morning. He took the time to answer all my questions, point out areas of concern and even provided guidance for managing the legal matter going forward. I did not feel rushed and was very at ease with his counsel. This is the third time I have used his services and have been completely satisfied and taken care of each times. I would recommend him and his service to all my friends should they find themselves in need of a GREAT attorney.

Mr. Feuerstein gave me the information I needed
Jim was able to provide straight forward council me and my wife needed concerning our case. If there was any specifics that he felt there was a better resource, he did not try to waste our time to work through it, he had no problems recommending an attorney that had the experience we needed. I consider that VERY valuable.

Mr. Feuerstein helped us with our bankruptcy case when other attorneys took our money and provided us with no results.
My Husband and I went in to meet with Mr. Feuerstein and immediately we knew that we were going to get the help we desired. He was professional and knowledgeable and left us with a feeling of accomplishment. We are now able to start over with putting our lives back together. We have and will continue to refer him to others so that they can get the piece of mind that we were allotted with his help.

Sharp and Effective Advice
Mr. Feuerstein is a great adviser. He has kept me informed on ways to handle my case. He has been very responsive and knowledgeable. Giving me guidance through some of the more technical matters in my case. I will be contacting Mr. Feuerstein for a consultation on my case. I feel he will be an effective attorney who knows how to handle himself and his cases before and during litigation.

Do not hire this man!
If you are looking for an attorney it's important-don't hire this man. He disregarded our wishes, left my minor in a very bad position because he didn't like the pleas we agreed to. He was unreachable and barely performed any work. When he did it was usually wrong. He is arrogant and disrespectful but was also grossly negligent. I have actually filed a grievance against him with the Florida Bar.

His last name is probably mangled more than my own (I don't know how many times people have called me "Mr. Dillinger"). Second (and seriously), his criminal defense answers are superb. He actually answers questions, and he does so with specificity. That's admirable and should probably count as pro bono service. I don't know if he has endorsed me--I don't pay attention to such things--yet I hope he thinks my answers are decent. He has been practicing since 1987, and when a senior attorney agrees with my answers, I appreciate the affirmation. I certainly learn from his."
