I was facing charges for my 2nd DUI and Jason went above and beyond my expectations to get it reduced to reckless driving. He told me it would be pushed back and that time paid off with this reduction. At the Motion hearing in the State Court of Chatham County Jason got one of the officers to agree with the District Attorney to reduce my DUI. I would highly recommend Jason because he will go over all of the facts and do everything in his power to represent you.

I was in a one vehicle car accident. I was arrested for DUI less safe, speeding, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane. There was no one to witness the accident or activities leading up to the accident. Jason smashed the cop's testimony by cross-examining him at the Preliminary Hearing. Before that hearing the cop would not reduce my charges. After the hearing he changed his mind. And, Jason was able to get my charges reduced down to Reckless driving. From the initial meeting he did what he said he would. I would recommend him to anyone going through a DUI charge.

I was ticketed with a DUI in Pooler, Ga. Jason got it reduced to reckless driving. I was able to keep my license. He did a very good job of keeping me informed on what was going on during the course of my case.

I was originally charged with a DUI less safe in Pooler, Georgia which was reduced to reckless driving thanks to Jason. I was from out of state and not sure what to do. Jason was very professional and made sure I understood the process and what I needed to do.

Jason Cerbone did an excellent job in my case. I was initially charged with speeding and reckless driving (for the extremely high speed). Mr. Cerbone was able to get the reckless driving charge dropped and the speeding charge lowered, substantially. I am extremely pleased with the outcome in court!

Jason was professional and quick. I was originally being charged with DUI Less safe and a few other charges after being arrested on Tybee Island, Georgia. He was able to talk to the D.A. and the arresting officer who agreed to lower the charge to reckless driving. I consider it a win.

In the State Court of Chatham County, Savannah, Georgia, Jason got my DUI charge reduced to reckless driving. He showed the judge how the police officer in my case did everything wrong. I will say that Jason Cerbone is all about action. He will go all the way. But everyone here knows that, so my favorite thing about how he handled my one year and a half long DUI case was that Jason Cerbone and his team are all about high-level responsiveness. He will call you back, even if it is late at night. He cares.

Jason was very organized and professional. He constantly updated me on upcoming events and posted on Basecamp everything about my case. His focus is outstanding in the courtroom. He cross examined the police officer who arrested me for DUI and made him look ridiculous. He finished the cop off by asking him: “It is possible that she failed the field sobriety tests because she was nervous?” The cop said “Yes.” When you need someone to fight for you he is the man for the job!

The last year and a half were a difficult time in my life. The not knowing of what might come for such a long duration was challenging to say the least. I am happy that Jason Cerbone got my DUI case dismissed in the Recorders Court of Chatham County, and I am able to go back to work with a much clearer mind. Thanks so much to Jason and his team.

Jason did a great job with my case! Very well organized and always kept me updated by staying in contact with me. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer! The most important thing to me was that i did not lose my license and the charge for possession of marijuana less than an ounce was reduced to Disorderly conduct city ordinance in Port Wentworth. The charge for possession of drug related objects disappeared. My DUI refusal was changed. This allowed me to get a driving permit.
