Tiffini's focus is defending persons charged with DUIs and other traffic crimes. She served as a State Prosecutor for 3 years in Richmond County. Tiffini is an experienced litigator and dui lawyer. She is a lawyer who knows both sides and knows the law system well. She has litigated many criminal and civil cases in multiple jurisdictions. She joined the Duncan Law Firm in 2010, bringing energy and creativity to the firm. In 2015 she became the managing owner. Tiffini combines the tenacity of an experienced lawyer with genuine compassion for her clients. Tiffini also teaches other lawyers specifically about DUI laws. In November of 2016, Tiffini was a course instructor on winning your case through pre-trial motions in DUI cases, at the 6th annual DUI Super Symposium. In May of 2018, Tiffini is a speaker at a continuing legal education seminar, Georgia DUI Update to instruct other lawyers on DUI laws and litigation practices.
Education:
Tiffini attended the University of Arkansas, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science, Cum Laude in 2002.
In 2005, she earned her J.D. degree Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Ms. Chambers attended law school on a full scholarship and served as a Member of the Arkansas Law Review and graduated in the top 10% of her class.

Tiffini is married with two children, twin girls. Born in Texas, raised in Alaska, she has found her home in Augusta, GA, where she has resided the past 13 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, bike-riding, and working in the yard.
