Matthew James Duncan was born and raised in Augusta, GA. Following admission as a member of the State Bar of Georgia in 2007, he moved home and opened a consumer bankruptcy law firm. After almost ten years of service to the community as a solo practitioner, Matthew teamed up with Kathryn Brow - a solo practitioner and colleague who also specializes in consumer bankruptcy law. In 2019, they formed Duncan & Brow, Attorneys at Law, LLLP.
Duncan & Brow, Attorneys at Law, LLLP, is now one of the largest and most respected consumer bankruptcy law firms in the CSRA.

Works Hard
