Biography
Brad is dedicated to helping those who have been injured or harmed by the negligence or unlawful actions of others. Throughout his career as a practicing attorney, Brad has continually obtained successful case results in both federal and state courts across Georgia.
Brad started his career and spent the first several years of his practice representing defendants, companies, employers and insurance companies in defense of various legal claims. After doing close to a decade of defense work, he changed the focus of his practice and began representing individuals and families whose lives are impacted by the negligence, carelessness or unlawful actions of others.
Because he feels strongly that the attorney-client relationship is one of immense trust and confidence, Brad takes that responsibility seriously by making himself available to clients and their families through open, active and reliable communication from the outset through the final resolution of a case.
After graduating from the University of North Carolina in 1988, Brad attended Mercer Law School in Macon, Georgia. While at Mercer, Brad was one of the few students who served as a member of both the Law Review and the Moot Court Board.
Brad currently lives in Atlanta with his wife Amy, an Atlanta native, and their daughter, Sabritt.
