Great Lawyer, Friendly, and Communcative

My case was handled extremely professionally. Mr. Mitchell provided excellent communication throughout the entire time, and was always available to reach for any questions or concerns. He Prepared me for my day in court, and ultimately was able to win my case and reach the best decision we had hoped ...for.

Truly Committed to His Clients

Todd Mitchell took my son’s case pro bono and exceeded every expectation we had. He was extremely committed from start to finish, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and was always accessible when we needed him. We never felt out of the loop. Honest, go getter, Bulldog!!

Words can’t explain my gratitude for Mr Todd he’s an exceptional attorney!!! When I felt I had no one else to turn to God sent him to help me! These stars and reviews doesn’t explain how great this guy is professionally and just a good honest dude.

A Compassionate, Understanding and Hard Working Lawyer You Can Trust

Five stars doesn't even begin to cover the incredible work Mr. Mitchell did for me. Facing serious felony charges with a potential prison sentence was the most terrifying experience of my life. From our very first meeting, Mr. Mitchell was not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but als...o compassionate and understanding. For two years, he tirelessly worked on my case, explaining every step of the process clearly and keeping me informed. He fought relentlessly for me, and his expertise in negotiating with the prosecution was evident. Mr. Mitchell secured a plea deal that reduced my felony charge (as a first offender) and resulted in a sentence of time served with probation. This outcome was far beyond what I could have hoped for, and it has allowed me to have a second chance. I am eternally grateful for Mr. Mitchell's dedication, skill, and genuine care. If you're facing criminal charges, especially as a first offender, I wholeheartedly recommend J Todd Mitchell. He is truly a lifesaver.
