A Compassionate, Understanding and Hard Working Lawyer You Can Trust

Five stars doesn't even begin to cover the incredible work Mr. Mitchell did for me. Facing serious felony charges with a potential prison sentence was the most terrifying experience of my life. From our very first meeting, Mr. Mitchell was not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but als...o compassionate and understanding. For two years, he tirelessly worked on my case, explaining every step of the process clearly and keeping me informed. He fought relentlessly for me, and his expertise in negotiating with the prosecution was evident. Mr. Mitchell secured a plea deal that reduced my felony charge (as a first offender) and resulted in a sentence of time served with probation. This outcome was far beyond what I could have hoped for, and it has allowed me to have a second chance. I am eternally grateful for Mr. Mitchell's dedication, skill, and genuine care. If you're facing criminal charges, especially as a first offender, I wholeheartedly recommend J Todd Mitchell. He is truly a lifesaver.

Best defense attorney

So my ex-wife accused me of touching our daughter - my entire world came crashing down around me and was unjustly thrown in jail and facing up to 20 years in prison. Todd reviewed my case, and fought for me. Todd was incredibly meticulous, thorough, driven, and did not stop for any hurdle placed in f...ront of him. After presenting the evidence and a solid defense, I was acquitted and found not guilty. The glory of this victory goes to God for allowing the truth to be seen and heard, and my family and I can't thank Todd enough for all he's done. Thank you Todd for everything!!!!
