Biography
I spent six years in the Army JAG Corps on active duty and another 16 in the reserves. Most of my time on active duty and in the reserves was dealing with military law, as a prosecutor, defense counsel and appellate counsel. For over 30 years my private practice has been in the area of military law. I love what I do. I love helping current and former service members who find themselves in trouble. I practice mainly in the areas of court-martial appeals, military discharge upgrades, correction of military records, security clearances, Grade Determination Boards, and other military related matters.

I believe he is a good lawyer but have terrible legal advice. I lost my case for the very reason he specified as not attempting. DOD Security Clearance Resolved
