Kirk Emerson Gilliard

When I first met Kirk, I was an emotional mess, having recently found myself in a position I never would've imagined due to a mistake my (juvenile) son made. Initially I did not plan to seek legal representation, but then changed my mind merely hours before a disciplinary action hearing - and I am so... glad I did. I was severely injured in a car wreck and was hospitalized for 19 days. I became acquainted with Attorney Gilliard (Kirk) after being indicted on 16 felony charges - Yes 16! 1 count of conspiracy to commit medicaid fraud and 15 counts of medicaid fraud.
