*I am posting this review for my father because he does not use nor understand social media. My 83-year-old father was involved in a serious accident two years ago involving another elderly driver. The accident was ruled the other driver’s fault and there were several witnesses that supported this conclusion. When my parents attempted to get the medical bills and the truck repair bills paid, the other driver’s insurance company refused. My parents had out-of-pocket expenses that they had to pay and the amount the insurance company offered to repair the truck was insulting.
