Personal Injury in car wreck, $300.00 settlement

I was severely injured in a car wreck and was hospitalized for 19 days. In the hospital, about every lawyer I've seen advertising on TV sent somebody to my room, (uninvited of course) to try to get me to sign their contract. I knew I needed an experienced lawyer for my case. I asked a friend who i...s a police officer if he knew an experienced lawyer. He told me that he had seen Kirk Gilliard in court many times and thought he would be a good lawyer for my case. I called Kirk Gilliard's office and he said he would come see me in the hospital. He came and met with me, but did not push me to sign a contract. I thought it over for a few days and decided I wanted a lawyer that "I chose for my care" not one who "chose me for my case." So I hired Kirk Gilliard to represent me. Mr. Gilliard went to work immediately on my case. He explained everything to me and kept me informed on the progress. I could always reach him or his assistant easily. Because of my serious injuries and nearly 3 weeks in the hospital, I had large medical bills that I owed liens filed against me for medical bills. Kirk Gilliard settled my case for the maximum policy of $300,000.00 in less than 4 months! He then negotiated reduction of my medical bills and paid them so it did not harm my credit. At the end of my case, everything I owed was paid and I was significantly compensated for my injuries. I highly recommend Kirk Gilliard for anyone seriously hurt in a wreck.
