Hollie McManus Jr. was the attorney that handled my car accident case with a commercial 18 wheeler truck. Mr. McManus Jr. (1) neglected to keep me updated in regards to my case (2) Neglected to inform me, when he received the response from our case worker at the end of April 2025, from the California... Department of Insurance (CDI). (3) Mr. McManus Jr. misled me to believe that the (CDI) would make a decision in our case. I discovered from our case worker, that the (CDI) does not disclose their findings to the public or attoney. (4) Mr. McManus Jr. neglected to in form me that he had received the insurance settlement check back in March or April of 2025. I did not discover the insurance settlement check was dispersed to Mr. McManus Jr. until August 2025, 5 months later, when I called my insurance company and the adjuster informed me. I will be filing a complaint with the bar association against Mr. McManus Jr. for neglect, dishonesty, and unprofessionalism. I will tell anyone, if Mr. Hollie McManus Jr. is recommeneded to represent you, get another attorney. Do not waste your time.

Hollie is a true advocate for his clients. He is quick-witted, responsive to his clients needs and someone I would personally rely on should the i ever require his services.
