10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Kirk has represented my family for years. This time it was our turn. We needed a lawyer for an adoption of a relatives newborn baby. Our case was time sensitive and had special circumstances that Kirk really took to heart. We knew 5 days before the baby was born that we would be able to adopt him. Th...e next afternoon we reached out to Kirk, who even stayed after hours to meet us despite short notice. He got every bit of information he needed that afternoon to present the paperwork after the baby was born so that we could take the baby home from the hospital and have custody until the adoption was final . After he got out of court, Kirk came to the hospital with the documents for her to sign. He consistently followed up, occasionally requesting additional information so that when we went to court they had everything they needed. Kirk helped us the entire way , even registering us for the criminal background check and fingerprinting. He really made our adoption case feel like it was his top priority. When it came to scheduling our court date, he postponed his family vacation so we could have our day in court as soon as we could. The day before the baby turned 3 months old we had our day in court and the adoption became final! It went so smoothly and lasted no more than 5 minutes. Afterwards we were able to take pictures with Kirk and the Judge. Thanks to Kirk, baby Cash is now apart of our happily ever after and our house has never felt more like a home!

Amazing

Mr.GIllard is one of the most dedicated and honest man I've ever met. He gave our family hope when it seemed there was none. Thanks to Mr.Gillard my husband was able to step parent adopt our daughter. The process went smoothly thanks to Mr.Gillard. we owe him so much for helping us put our little fam...ily together the way it was meant to be.
