Biography
James L. Paisley of is an Atlanta native who grew up in Marietta, GA. Paisley completed his undergraduate work at Georgia Tech, graduating with high honors, before going on to law school at Florida State University. Graduating near the top of his class, Paisley began his legal career as a public defender, which equipped him with a valuable perspective before he switched sides to become a state prosecutor. As a prosecutor litigating cases, Attorney Paisley familiarized himself with judges and formed relationships with some of the most experienced attorneys. During his time as a prosecutor, Attorney Paisley tried over fifty jury-trials against the most reputable attorneys.
Ultimately, Paisley wasn't meant to be a prosecutor as he found himself missing the client contact. Good people make honest mistakes and Paisley discovered his passion in providing these people with effective and affordable representation allowing them to get their lives back on track. He started his defense work again, focusing solely on traffic-related cases like DUI's and other citations.

Excellent Service!!
Received the best outcome possible for two tickets I received. One for speeding and the other failure to maintain lane: Just paid the fine on the speeding and had the failure to maintain dismissed. Would highly recommend his services!
