HELPFUL WITH INTEGRITY

Not all attorneys have hearts. It's business without any emotions re a death. This one had brains, a heart and a reassuring bedside manner. My parent was "murdered." I felt comfortable with this attorney. He was helpful in having me understand what can be expected, and what the nursing home wou...ld dispute. He was very patient with me and encouraged me. I appreciate his costless time and professionalism. He also met me on his weekend. I sincerely thank Attorney Schenk, and wish him well.

Smart and Aggressive Attorney

I signed up for a 'free trial' with a nationwide satellite radio provider. When that same company began charging me, I refused to pay and my account was sent to a nasty collections agency. I hired Robert to go after both the agency and the company, and that's what he did. Within a week, Robert had my... account cleared with the collections agency and a letter from the company apologizing for the problems. I was very happy with the results and I would recommend Robert for any legal problems. I would not hesitate to use his services again.
