Growing up with her father, Michael Schiavone, a well-known and respected criminal defense attorney in Savannah, Georgia, Ashley knew at an early age that she wanted to practice criminal law. In her second year of law school, Ashley earned the prestigious honor of clerking for the Honorable Judge William T. Moore, Chief Federal Judge of the Southern District of Georgia. After graduating law school in May 2008, she began working as a law clerk with Head, Thomas, Webb & Willis, one of the best DUI and criminal law firms in the state of Georgia. When she passed the Georgia Bar Exam in October 2008, she accepted an associate position with the firm and has been practicing law since then. She is honored to have worked with William Head and the other well-known partners of this firm. She's a member of DUIDLA (DUI Defense Lawyers Association), GACDL (Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers), Georgia Defense of Drinking Drivers, State Bar of Georgia and the ABA (American Bar Association). She has also attended several seminars dedicated to continuing education in the areas of DUI and criminal defense. In 2009, she attended an intensive seminar that qualified her as an instructor of field sobriety evaluations in accordance with NHTSA (National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration) standards. Aside from her interest in practicing law, she also likes to travel and study abroad. In the summer of 2006, she participated in a London Study Abroad program through the University of Miami Law School. For seven weeks, she lived in London and studied International Law at the University College of London. During this time, she also traveled to Paris, France, Oxford University, and several areas of Italy. In January 2012, Ashley opened up her own law firm, Schiavone Law, P.C. and is currently practicing as a solo practioner in the areas of general criminal defense (misdemeanor and felony cases), DUI, traffic law and uncontested divorce. Her annual book, "Defending DUI: A Case Outline" is now being published by ICLEGA (The Institute for Continuing Legal Education in Georgia).

"Ashley. Lordy, what can I say. I met her at a CLE course on DUI and ended up emailing her to ask for her help on an issue and friendship ensued. She is a consummate professional and more importantly a subject-matter expert at everyting DUI. When I hear she is in trial or motions I wish I could bring popcorn. Why? After you buckle the seatbelt of suspended disbelief, you can sit back and enjoy the ride and watch her amazing, nonchalant demeanor break her opposing counsel's case apart, sometimes without them even realizing it until its too late. Thank you Ashley for always answering my panic texts at 1am, my clients thank you!! <3"

"I am super enthusiastic about Attorney Ashley Schiavone. The best criminal defense lawyers are fearless, creative, clever and driven to win-- Ashley is all of these things. I recently spoke with a Judge who had just finished presiding over one of Ashley's trials. The judge was impressed and described Ashley as tough, "like a bulldog." That's an awesome compliment when most lawyers are afraid to even try a case. I fully concur with that Judge's opinion."
"Ms. Schiavone constantly provides excellent legal advice that not only benefit the asker of the question, but also fellow attorneys. Even though I have been an attorney for 23 years and even a judge and magistrate, I learn new aspects about the law from her every day."
"Ms. Schiavone is an excellent attorney as well as a kind person, which works in your favor if a jury trial becomes necessary. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a defense attorney. Trust her with your case and you will be in good hands."

"Ms. Schiavone is a fantastic trial attorney. I have seen her in court and she gets her clients great results including many reductions from DUI to reckless driving. I strongly endorse Ms. Schiavone."
"I have seen Ashley at work numerous times in the courtroom and there is no question that she is incredibly knowledgeable in the complexities of DUI defense. She represents her client vigorously and she is a true asset to the legal community. I highly recommend Ashley."
"I have seen Ashley's work over the past couple of years. She has developed into an excellent advocate for her clients. She is a fighter. You will be in good hands with Ashley on your side."
