BEST CRIMINAL LAWYER AROUND - YOU MUST CALL IF YOU GET IN TROUBLE

Howard Weintraub is masterful in the courtroom. This is as I perceived him as he deposed the arresting officer who mas moving to Afghanistan and the State moved to have his testimony preserved in my DUI/Less Safe Court case. He knew everything to ask and ascertain from the officer and was bold and ag...gressive in the treatment of Henry County's court system. His New York style and sense of humor made me feel like I was in the winning scene from "My Cousin Vinny". He was totally prepared and didn't hesitate to discredit the officer's testimony by any and all means. Howard wanted to take my case to court but in my best interest he was able to plea the charge down to reckless driving. I believe with a fair jury selection Howard could have won the case. He was not willing to take the chance however, that Henry County could lock me up for an extended time and impose all their punishments that they would have. The mere fact that Howard got the charges dropped to reckless driving speaks of the hard work that Howard and his associate Ben Alper had done as Henry County never wants to let anything go. Howard kept me informed throughout the affair of my case. He was always very kind and sympathetic about my case and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns through his knowledge and wisdom of the law. I would highly recommend Howard and his team to anyone who finds themselves in trouble with a DUI arrest. My only regret during the process was that I did not get to see Howard perform during a jury trial. I have no doubt that he would have made me see legal magic. Thank you to Pat, his legal secretary who called me numerous times and took many of my phone calls and relayed messages. Thanks to Ben, Howard's associate for being so cool during my plea bargain. Trust me, my stress was less. Again, a personal, heartfelt thank you, Howard for working so hard for me.

An Honest, Dependable, Knowledgeable, and Caring Attorney

Mr. Weintraub was the 3rd attorney I interviewed and he was the most affordable attorney out of the 3. Howard Weintraub is honest, dependable, knowledgeable and caring towards his clients. I was looking at 51 months in prison but because of the efforts of Mr. Weintraub and Mr. Alper, I was able to ...get only 36 months. Mr. Weintraub was prompt in returning calls and emails and I have nothing but the best to say about him. Thanks to Mr. Weintraub and his office, the outcome of my case turned out better than we hoped and I would strongly recommend Howard Weintraub to anyone needing a criminal defense attorney.

Extremely Knowledgeable and Empathetic Attorney

Mr. Weintraub played a pivotal role in my life when he dispensed with my case that would have involved severe immigration consequences if the desired Pre-Trial Diversion result was not achieved. As my knowledgeable, well-connected and empathetic defense lawyer, Mr. Weintraub was able to deftly negoti...ate with all the different parties involved in my case to achieve a result that was focused on making me a better person, but, most importantly, make myself feel to be more of an asset to the community. My lawyer would arrange an innovative TPO solution with the Superior Court that worked for my family and also maximized my protection any adverse immigration consequences. To ensure the case was handled properly, regarding immigration issues, Mr. Weintraub brought in one of the top-notch immigration consultants available, a person who had tangible experience of working for the US Immigration Service before moving into a consultant role. After the TPO issue was solved, Mr. Weintraub was able to negotiate a Pre-Trial Diversion, PTD, dispensation with the Solicitor General, and I was frankly made to feel that the Solicitor’s office was genuinely committed to helping me rather than trying to simply punish me. I had been afraid that no Solicitor would want to help me, but Mr. Weintraub soon put those fears to rest; however, he was always frank about the reality of the situation and what I had to do to make things right. One action that I really remember is that Mr. Weintraub also asked the Solicitor to have my arrest record expunged as a condition written into my PTD agreement, which is something I never would have thought to ask!! I followed through on all Mr. Weintraub’s expert instructions and the PTD was achieved to have my case dropped. A few years later, when I applied for US Naturalization, due to the nature of my past case, I sought the assistance of an expert Immigration attorney. When the immigration attorney reviewed the file on the case that Mr. Weintraub dispensed, he remarked that he has rarely seen such a clean and air-tight PTD case executed. I then had absolutely no issues at the critical Naturalization interview with the US Immigration Service.

HOWARD WEINTRAUB SAVED MY LIFE: I WAS FACING 20 YEARS, HE GOT ME 18 MONTHS!

Howard Weintraub did a phenomenal job representing me in a federal criminal case involving a drug conspiracy ring to distribute methamphetamine in Tennessee. I was arrested in February, 2010. When we hired Mr. Weintraub I was facing 20 years in prison with a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years.... All of his decisions in representing me proved to be 100 % correct. He was able to get me a bond, so after I was arrested I stayed in jail for less than one day and Iwas back home with my family. Over several months, Howard Weintraub analyzed and thoroughly reviewed the government’s evidence against me and planned the strategy on how to defend me. The decision was made by Mr. Weintraub and our family to have me plead guilty to conspiracy. I pled guilty in June, 2010. In this Tennessee federal court, everyone who pleads guilty is then immediately incarcerated to await sentencing. Miraculously, and to this day I don’t know how, Howard Weintraub was able to convince the Federal Judge to allow me to remain free. Of all the Defendants, it was Howard Weintraub’s client, myself, who remained out of jail free on bond after being convicted. At sentencing in February, 2011, instead of the mandatory 120 months and the maximum of 240 months, Howard Weintraub convinced the Judge to sentence me to 18 months. Incredibly, Howard Weintraub also convinced the Judge to allow me to voluntarily surrender to the place of my incarceration no sooner than June of 2011. So I continues to remain free on bond. I highly recommend Howard Weintraub to represent anyone charged with federal criminal offenses. He is highly dedicated to his clients, tenacious in representing his clients, thoroughly prepared for court, and in the courtroom he is a very effective and convincing attorney as he fights from the heart. On behalf of myself and my entire family I humbly take this opportunity to publicly thank Howard Weintraub for saving my life. Without Howard, I would not be able to watch my daughter grow up. Now I can be a part of her life. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Best DUI Lawyer In Atlanta

My daughter was arrested for DUI and given numerous traffic citations three days after graduating from high school. After searching for an attorney that specialized in representing minors charged with alcohol /drug related offenses, I was referred to Howard by a friend of the family. At our first m...eeting, Howard agreed to represent my daughter and immediately put together a defense strategy including a 15 point action plan. The action plan included doing community service, writing a court essay, completing a psychological evaluation, and attending AA meetings. All the action items were to be completed prior to the hearing. It became very clear to me that Howard had a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience defending minors charged with DUI. He expressed a genuine concern for my daughter’s physical and mental health. While awaiting the hearing, my daughter was arrested again for minor in possession three weeks after entering her first year of college. Howard recommended we go to court; face this charge and plea bargain as soon as possible. My daughter was fined and sentenced to one year probation. One month later, she was arrested (the third time in less than six months) for minor in possession. Now in violation of probation, she should have been sent right to jail. Howard was able to convince the court to delay jail time until the break between semesters and limit the time served so she wouldn’t miss any time from school. Needless to say, this situation became very complex as it spread across multiple counties and courts within the state. As I watched him negotiate with prosecutors and speak with the court’s administrative staff, I realized how highly respected he is within the state’s judicial system. Howard was able to get the third arrest for MIP dismissed and the DUI reduced to reckless driving. I am forever grateful to Howard and highly recommend him to anyone charged with DUI or MIP. Not only did he vigorously defend my daughter as if she were his child; he provided leadership, guidance, and counsel to me through this period of time. My daughter has turned her life around! She is completing her college education, receiving the Hope scholarship, and sober while doing so.
