I represent business in labor & employment matters, including:
- FLSA compliance;
- Development of pay practices and policies;
- Proper classification of independent contractors and employees;
- Proper classification of employees as exempt or non-exempt;
- Defense of class-action, collective-action and single-plaintiff lawsuits;
- Development of enforceable mediation and arbitration programs;
- Defense of administrative claims before the NLRB, DOL, and EEOC;
- Arbitration claims;
