Fights and wins

Matthew is phenomenal to have as representation. I cannot speak highly enough about Matthew. What I thought was an impossible case, he handled it with surgical precision.

Knowledgeable and Helpful Lawyer

Helped with a case that had been plaguing me for years. Most other attorneys I talked to wanted more time and effort to manage the case, but Mr. Herrington found a way to balance my limited checkbook and the legal matters at hand If you're looking for someone who can be earnest and knows the ins a...nd outs of this area of law, I can't image many people better

The best attorney I know

He helped me settle a dispute over my former employers demanding unjust money from me. Whenever I called him he would immediately answer and resolved whatever questions I have. Communication was perfect and I could not have asked for a better lawyer.

Great Lawyer

He won my case against a place I use to work for that didn’t pay me or let me take breaks. He is an amazing lawyer I highly recommend him and if need be I would definitely hire him again!

Great attorney!

Mr. Herrington was hired to help get compensation from my past employer or did not pay over time pay like they should have! Mr. Herrington and the other attorneys worked very hard to get me and 2 other past employees what we deserved! I would highly recommend him and his firm. He is excellent. Thank ...you for everything you have done for us.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
