Naomi Corinne Bryant Girardot

Naomi received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Tufts University in 2010. In 2013, she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Emory University School of Law where she was managing editor for the International Law Review. During her time at Emory she interned with the U.S. Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the U.S. Department of Labor, Solicitor's Office.

Naomi has represented clients at all stages of civil litigation and arbitration, as well as in a variety of business transactions and agreements. She has successfully negotiated settlements, favorably resolved disputes through mediation, won summary judgment, and drafted arbitration briefs that resulted in a judgment for her client and an award of over $200,000 in attorneys' fees against the other party. She has also assisted in drafting employment agreements, asset purchase agreements, and other transactional documents.
