Don't Waste Your Money.

My boyfriend and I both got arrested and charged with the exact same thing. My lawyer is fighting for me and my rights. Micheal Burns Jr. did little to nothing for my boyfriend, who, at age 64 had never been arrested. A perfectly clean record in 64 years and he got sentenced 60 days in jail for a qua...rter bag of marijuana. No, I'm not leaving anything out. No, he didn't get physical with the police, or anything. 60 days, served 30 or a year probation. You'd be better off representing yourself and putting that money on your books if you're in Cherokee County. Oh wait.. he did do one thing. He asked the judge to let my boyfriend turn himself in after New Years, instead of making him go on Dec 19th. Put your money to better use.

Absolute best lawyer ever

I hired Mike Burns not once but twice for 2 separate criminal charges against me in Cobb County ( 4 years apart ). Now, I have dealt with quite a few attorneys in my time for various civil and criminal issues. I can honestly say without the slightest hesitation that Mike Burns is the best lawyer I h...ave ever come across. Responsive, diligent and great negotiator with the prosecution. Both times he came away with unbelievable outcomes for me. I normally do not do reviews good or bad for anyone. But Mr. Burns certainly has merited that I make an exception.

Great job on ticket

Mr. Burns did a great job on my ticket in Cobb County. He got the charge reduced so it wouldn't show up on my record and he covered all the court appearance for me so I never had to miss work. I will definitely call him if I get another ticket
