Shannonâ€™s take-charge attitude, inclusive approach and strong grasp of bankruptcy law, is just one aspect that puts her well above other Atlanta Bankruptcy Attorneyâ€™s Shannon communicated all the options, she understood our tension. But knew how to add levity to the situation, crack a joke add an inspiring word to relieve stress. Always keeping us informed of the best probable outcomes and her primary concern was making sure that we were well informed to make the right decision for OUR well-being. Because of Shannon, what was a very difficult time in our lives was made very manageable and a smooth transition will be made, allowing us a fresh start back to normal life. Knowledgeable, Respectful, Honest, Easy to Work With

When I needed help with my bankruptcy, I searched online reviews to find a good lawyer. I found that lawyer in Shannon. She was available to answer any questions I had as they arose, and she was very straight-forward and easy to work with. I felt that she cared about my case and respected me as a ...person. I highly recommend her.

Great Attorney

I retained Shannon to handle a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and at the time I didn't know what type I would be able to file or even if I could file at all. By the end of our consultation I felt that I had more than enough information to make an informed decision. There was no pressure or push from her at all... she wants her clients to be comfortable with the decisions they make. She handled my case and kept me abreast of all possible outcomes. She is the perfect attorney for someone that doesn't like surprises. She defied all preconceived notions of what I expected a lawyer to be like and handled one of the most difficult times in my life with sensitivity and compassion.

Competent and Dependable

Attorney McDuffie was my lawyer and she did an awesome job. She is very competent and knowledgeable in the Bankruptcy area of law. She was very efficient. I highly recommend her without reservation.
