I dont know much about lawyers or bankruptcy but...

...I do know that Shannon is excellent at her job. I came into her office with my wife and two kids and she didn't make us feel out of place at all, answered all my questions in the office, on the phone, and in emails. If there was a time i didn't know what to do its because i totally forgot and sh...e reminded me within the day. I felt a lot more confident with Shannon there at the case too. One lady went without a lawyer and found out she forgot things and had to come back NEXT MONTH. Not me. Very positive experience for a bankruptcy.

Shannon knows her law: did an excellent job.

I had just been through a difficult divorce and needed to get my finances back in order. I went looking for an advocate for me to file my Bankruptcy Notice. I first looked for an attorney near my home in Conyers. Unfortunately that did not work to well. So I found Shannon to be informative, straight ...forward and very knowledgeable. She handled the case with great care and expertise. I would high recommend her for your needs as well.

Simply the Best!!!!

Her compassion is a true testament of her character, from the first conversion to the last. My husband and I had a failed business due t the economic down turn and had to file chapter 7. We met with two other attorneys and had telephone conversations with two more. They all had the same judgmenta...l tone. After meetings and discussion we both felt so ashamed of what we were going through. Then we met Shannon and she was so pleasant, sweet and assuring, we immediately felt a sense of relief. Our circumstances required a little more work but had it not been for her we would not know because none of the other attorneys took the time to let us know. With Shannon's help, expertise and insight we were able to short sell our house instead of foreclosing. No, she did not work with the bank for us, she made sure that the chapter 7 was thorough so that nothing would get in the way of the short sale. We had no hiccups along the way, her explanation and and details of the process were very precise. Thank you Shannon for helping us close this chapter and alleviating boat loads of stress so that we can move on. YOU ARE INCREDIBLE!!!!!

Excellent attorney!

From the first interview, Shannon McDuffie was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions thoroughly, responded quickly to my emails, and prepared me for all possible scenarios and outcomes involved in my bankruptcy. In court, she was prompt, ready with all the infor...mation required, and was reassuring. I consider myself very fortunate to have found her and chosen her to represent me!! Highly recommend!

A Good Person to Have on Your Side

I never imagined that I would end up having to file bankruptcy – not ever! But you know the old saying: 'Never say never...' If it had to be that this was my fate, I am so grateful to have had Shannon to usher me through the process. I found her to be a consummate professional – knowledgeable about ...all the legal intricacies, responsive to my hundred and one questions as I came to grips with my situation, and encouraging as to the possibility of better days ahead.
