THIS WAS MY 2ND TIME HIRING CAROL TO BE MY LAWYER. EACH TIME I WAS OVERLY PLEASED!!! CAROL IS VERY PROFFESIONAL, ATTENTIVE, CARING AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE. Simply put - she’s the best

Carol respects that no one wants/expects to be in a bankruptcy situation. She treated me w/both kindness, respect, and professionalism. After a divorced, trying to keep all the plates spinning in the air was overwhelming. Carol guided me through the entire process. She is an ally when you need one the most!

I was scared and Carol took care of me!

Made a painful decision the right decision

I had health issues and couldn't keep up with all my bills. I was on time with everything but when I lost my job I just couldn't make it work anymore. Carol was great throughout the process from the initial consultation to the day she called and told me that I had gotten my discharge. She was quick to return phone calls and emails, and always answered any questions that I had during the process.

Chapter 7

Professional and Straight!

Hiring Carol Colliersmith was one of the best decisions I have made. She was referred to me by a friend. She helped me with the filing of my Chapter 7. My experience with Carol Colliersmith

Carol helped me through my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I could not have asked for anyone more professional and hard working; and genuinely kind at the same time. There’s never been a time when she has not responded to my questions or concerns. Even after my bankruptcy was discharged, she has stayed in touch. Outstanding!

Carol handled my Chapter 13 bankruptcy, and she was amazing to work with. She made a very stressful and personal situation feel like it was just another day in my life. Incredible!

We dealt with Carol and her firm 5 years ago. They helped us through the whole process of filing chapter 7, supported us through the decision we were making, and made everything simple. 5 years later I needed some paperwork from the filing. I am amazed that not only did Carol remember my wife and I, but she had our information at hand and was able to send us what we needed right away. Filing chapter 7 was not an easy decision to make, but working with such professionals made made the process easier to handle.

Extremely helpful!

Carol and Rob recently helped me with my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. It was a challenging case, as I had filed a Chapter 13 in Kansas, before losing my job and relocating to GA. They had to do a lot of research on which state's law should apply and how best to handle the sale of my residence in Kansas. They were both so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I hope I never have to use them again, but they would certainly be my first call should the need ever arise!

Excellent Personal and Proffessional

Very happy young family

The kindnesses and guidance that Carol and Rob showed us, from our consultation to our "you made it!" email, was unmatched. This process, as nerve-wrecking as it can be, could not have been made more seamless or smooth with, who we feel, any other team of professionals. We now rejoice in being able to start anew without worrying about which bills could be moved or delayed until the next paycheck. We are truly now in charge of our finances and plan to make the most educated monetary decisions for us and our children. Carol is fabulous. She answered all of our many emails and even contacted our more persistent debtors when we were confused as to why we were still receiving correspondences. Rob, more laid-back but incredibly knowledgeable, made prepping us and actually going to court enjoyable, as opposed to a dreadful event, and completely stood up for us and for all young adults struggling to pay student loans.
