Biography
I specialize in representing family owned and other privately held businesses that are engaged in a wide variety of business activities, with a substantial number of clients being independent insurance agencies. I provide a full range of services to my business clients from the organization of the legal entity that will conduct the business’ activities to planning for the business' continuation or its dissolution and everything in between. I also offer estate planning services for my business clients, as well as other families and individuals, and I have extensive experience in dealing with estate administration and guardianship issues.
I am a regular contributor to the Dec Page magazine published by the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia and have spoken at its conferences on several occasions.
