Shannon McDuffie was so professional yet compassionate with us. She answered all of our questions, gave us step by step directions to make this awful situation into to something we would learn and grow from. We filed chapter 13 due to several layoffs between 2007 and 2010. She met with us, was in ...court with us, and followed us for over 3 years to make sure that we had completed all requirements. Over the years she was just an email away. Chapter 13 isn't easy but she explained everything last detail to us and we completed it successfully.
