Look No Further!

Shannon was great in all aspects of my Chapter 13 case. My case had many pot holes and she navigated them all with a specific plan and professionalism. My only regret is not getting in touch with Shannon earlier and trying to hang on. If I would've pulled the trigger sooner it would've saved me lo...ts of pain, misery and money not to mention starting my road back to financial freedom quicker.

Excellent!

Shannon McDuffie was so professional yet compassionate with us. She answered all of our questions, gave us step by step directions to make this awful situation into to something we would learn and grow from. We filed chapter 13 due to several layoffs between 2007 and 2010. She met with us, was in ...court with us, and followed us for over 3 years to make sure that we had completed all requirements. Over the years she was just an email away. Chapter 13 isn't easy but she explained everything last detail to us and we completed it successfully. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs these services.

Simply the Best

From the day I had my first meeting with Ms McDuffie I felt was in good hands. She diligently guided me through the process of filing Chapter 13 bankruptcy and helped dispel all apprehension I had about the process. She was highly responsive, she personally responded to all phone calls and addressed... all questions that came up in a timely manner. She was able to anticipate and share with me what to expect. Finally she guided me through a transition to chapter 7 to the end. I would gladly recommend Ms McDuffie to anyone who needed such services. Se is the best!

AWESOME LAWYER!!

When I started my CH 13 process I received lots of mail from lawyers begging for my business. I visited some, without much success. I found Shannon online, and she was a God send. I am not sure how I would have made it through such a difficult process without someone who had all of my individual need...s in mind when going against folks who don't really care about "me" and what is happening in my world. She listened to my concerns, helped me understand the process, explained what to expect, and was there every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who need a GREAT lawyer who will cater to your needs, talk you through the rough stuff, and is available by phone or E-mail day or night.

An expert in the bankruptcy process - highly recommended!

Shannon McDuffie was a tremendous asset in guiding me through the chapter 13 process.
