Excellent work. Highly recommend.

Shannon McDuffie did an excellent job with my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I was tremendously happy with her service. She exceeded my expectations for the service I thought I would receive from an attorney. Shannon was always professional, courteous, informative and kind. I had extra complications i...n my bankruptcy case and she handled them with ease. Shannon seemed to care about my personal situation and was sensitive in taking me through the process. An expert in the bankruptcy process - highly recommended!

Shannon McDuffie was a tremendous asset in guiding me through the chapter 13 process. She was available to answer my questions and more importantly KNEW the answers - from initial consultation to final confirmation she was knowledgeable and savvy. Shannon was very knowledgeable and compassionate as we navigated the bankruptcy process together. She returned my inquiries quickly and answered any questions I had.

A real expert in bankruptcy filing - highly recommended!

I consulted Shannon McDuffie along with my partner in a post-foreclosure scenario where we were no longer really able to make any headway with really huge bills -- we were really just keeping up with minimum payments and getting nowhere. Shannon looked at both situations and determined which filing ...would best suit our individual needs, and she then helped me through a chapter 7 filing. She was always available to answer questions and was very quick to return phone calls or e-mails with factual and easy-to-understand information which made what could have been a horrible process very easy instead. Shannon knows the law and was able to make everything run smoothly from the first day to the last. My bankruptcy has now been discharged, and I am more than pleased to highly recommend Shannon to anyone finding themselves in a such a precarious financial situation. In fact, I already have -- she is now working the chapter 13 filing for my partner! Thank you, Shannon McDuffie!

Could be the most important financial decision you ever make

This could easily be the most important financial decision I ever make. I interviewed several lawyers and was not comfortable with any of them. I had a very complex case that was going to require someone who had a broad understanding of both business and personal liability. Within a 5 minute phone... consultation, I knew I had the right person on my side. She cited a piece of the law that the other attorneys were unaware of and we were off and running. Her disposition around the people she had to work with in my case was exceptional and that's important. She's very easy to work with. I had a very favorable outcome in my case. I would highly recommend her.
