What representation ? None

Mr. McClurg is a terrible attorney. He does not care about is client, only the check. He will not inform you , he will not ask what you want, he will not return your calls ever, he will always be on another court room with another case. This is an attorney who takes on too many cases and he knows it.... I would never hire him again, in fact he should not be practicing as he truely does not care about the client.

HORRIBLE REPRESENTATION

I don't know where to begin. This was my first time having to hire an attorney and I made absolutely the wrong choice. First of all, his office notified me of my first scheduled court date the day before, when I had a medical procedure already scheduled. When the court date was rescheduled, I show...ed up at the rescheduled date by myself and was informed by the court clerk that my attorney got a continuation (and no one bothered to notify me). During the following months, I contacted Mr. McClurg numerous times asking for a status update regarding my case. He assured me the other party was willing to settle and he was working on a settlement. At the end of it all, I ended up in court with no attorney present. The attorney for the plaintiff noted that I was present in court so there was no need for any further continuation. Apparently Mr. McClurg was double booked and defending a criminal case at the same time. He sent an attorney that looked like he graduated law school the year before to speak with me. Long story short, I ended up conceding to the plaintiff outside the courtroom. I felt totally helpless and lacking representation. The only thing Mr. McClurg did effectively was deposit my check. I want others to be aware of the quality of representation this attorney provides.

Divorce and Child custody

I hired mr mcclurg he said he was going to fight for me instead he did nothing for me to the point he withdrew form the caes and winded up in court without a lawyer most of the times i called to speak to him never answered or returned my call the lawyer my ex hired actually was a very good lawyer he ...was on top of everything.I must tell you if your hire this lawyer your throwing your money away your going to get a better result without him i'am going to file a full complaint to the bars association
