Excellent attorney!

I've used Mr. Philgram on two different occasions and have always been pleased! Always professional, super nice and caring.

Phil Pilgrim

I was referred to Phil Pilgrim by a close friend. He was very thorough and diligent in reaching the outcome I desired. His knowledge and relationships with the county I was in, gave me peace of mind. He is quick to respond and never leaves you guessing what is going on in your case. If I ever need... another attorney, Mr. Pilgrim will be my guy.

Phil Pilgrim

Mr. Pilgrim got me out of a tight spot and I will always be greatful for his representation. He did a great job of being honest with me as well as give me step by step instructions on what I could do to help my case. He kept me updated and informed on what is going on and where we were in my case. I ...owe a lot to Mr. Pilgrim and it was a very good decision to hire him to represent me.

Gave a bad situation the best possible outcome!

Mr. Pilgrim actually took over my case from another attorney after I became dissatisfied with the service for my previous representation. I feel very comfortable and that he is with his level of expertise regarding my field, and regarding the hurdles that we would have to overcome. He worked tirele...ssly and diligently to come the best possible outcome for my case. I did not present him an easy case and he was still able to keep me from any serious repercussions including no jail time. His professional relationships with the prosecution team is in various counties was a huge asset for me and would be helpful for anybody using his representation in the future.

DUI Client

I totaled my car in December of 2015 due to a Saturday night of heavy drinking. The wreck included me taking out a telephone pole and a communications box. I also hit another car , so there was a victim involved, but they were not hurt in the accident. I was charged with DUI , failure to maintain la...ne, passing on the shoulder of the road, too fast for conditions and following to closely. I had a high BAC of 0.211. I was took straight to jail and had to spend 8 hours in lock up. I was able to bail out the next morning, once I got home and got my thoughts together , I contacted Phil and left a VM , and within the hour he called me back. He tried his best to put me at ease, but It felt like I just threw my life away at the age of 46.I was worried about my job ,family and what was my future going to be like. So we meet the next morning , and he went into detail on what could happen and the steps I needed to take to help him fight the DA for me. The following day I went back to his office to pay the attorney fees and pick up my packet with specific instructions on what I needed to do to help my case. I followed his instructions and completed all the recommended task. Once I completed my task I contacted Phil and he begin the process of meeting with the DA to discuss my case. The whole process from the arrest to the final court date took 11 months. Phil made me feel like everything was going to be okay the entire time. With all I had done that awful night, Phil was able to come to an agreement with the DA , due to me completing all my task that was recommended by Phil. The DA gave me the minimum sentence on all charges, I did have to serve 24 hours in Jail, which was reduced due to time served already. I was out of jail before 9pm the same day I was sentenced. Me and my family are thankful for Phil, and recommend him highly for anyone who has a criminal charge against them. His knowledge of the legal system is shown through out the entire process and when you are standing beside him when you are facing the judge. He does all the talking except for when the judge calls on you for specific answers.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I endorse this lawyer. Phil Pilgrim is a gentleman, a professional, a warrior and a winner. He was a great prosecutor and is now an even better defense attorney. He is always prepared and his knowledge of evidence and the criminal code is excellent. As for the courtroom, Phil has the "X" factor. You can't teach it -- although you may be able to refine it. Phil knows how to pick and engage a jury -- they love him at trial. His courtroom techniques and professionalism mix nicely with the "nasty dog" attitude you have to muster up from time to time to be a warrior for your client. Phil is a master in all areas of criminal law, especially DUI defense. Phil has had several very nice strings of "Not Guilty" jury verdicts since he became a defense attorney. In conclusion, Phil Pilgrim is the kind of attorney you want defending your criminal case."
