Workmen’s Comp.

Work Comp

After being injured on the job I hired Gary Christmas to represent me on a Work Comp claim. Gary took the time himself to explain to me what could and would happen while getting approval from work comp for surgery, physical therapy, pain management etc... Gary was able to get all the above named approved and has since gotten me a monetary award along with continued medical until... I would not have been able to accomplish this if it wasn't for him. I would highly recommend Gary Christmas.

Work injury

Gary Christmas and his staff helped me get the treatment I needed for an injury I sustained while on the job. The insurance company kept trying to keep me in physical therapy and would not let me get an MRI or a second opinion. Gary Christmas made sure I was able to get the MRI and a second opinion. I don't know what my life would be like if I had not hired Gary Christmas. I highly recommend Gary Christmas and his firm to anyone that needs help.

I was being stonewalled by an insurance company on a workers compensation issue. Not only a great lawyer but a good person

After being injured in a war zone. I hired Gary's team. They were very upfront and frank with me that these types of cases take a long time. Gary was very good at keeping me up to date as to where we were. After all was said and done, Gary and his team was able to procure me a much higher settlement than initially was expected.

Very Awesome Attorney

Gary was very sufficient, observing and caring. My case was not only about how much money he could get for me, but also about my health and my future well being. The Best of the Best

Gary is a good man

I would recommend Gary Christmas. He is an Attorney who doesn't seem like your stereotyplcal lawyer. He was sincere and handled my case with the highest degree of professionalism. His staff was very nice each time I had a question, ( and I had alot of them). Gary fought for me and obtained a great outcome, in both cases, (the settlement and Social Sercurity). Great guy!!!

I am so thankful that I hired Gary as my lawyer. Him and his team has been there for me and my family. If I have a question, they've found me an answer. Other people complain that their lawyer doesn't speak with them, but any time I needed to speak with Gary, it was arranged. I was always in the loop and never felt left out. Gary is just a great guy.

Highly Recommended!

I have never been involved in a law suit before and am completely ignorant when it comes to doing so. Mr. Christmas and his staff have been extremely helpful and have explained everything in a language that I understand. There was no "legal" talk and made it so much easier for me. They have also kept me informed immediately upon any changes or notifications. I highly recommend Mr. Christmas and his staff to everyone!

Exceeded Expectations.

August 15, 2011 Howell & Christmas, LLC 250 Mathis Ferry; Suite 102 Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 To Whom It May Concern, My name is William Blanton Buford. I am writing this letter in appreciation, thanks, and as a reference for Gary Christmas and his law firm. In early 2010, I was severely injured in a fall at work that required major surgery, physical therapy, and 14 months of recovery time. Prior to this event I did not have the most favorable opinion of attorneys in general. Gary changed that. Not only did Gary meet my expectations but exceeded them on every level. Throughout my recovery the staff at Howell & Christmas were always compassionate and sympathetic towards my concerns and needs. Horrible service

He put forth a very good effort in the beginning. I was very impressed and confident that I made a good choice in helping through a difficult time. However, once the claim was accepted I noticed that the effort on their part had dramatically decreased. My disability checks were not the correct amount. I called the office on four separate occasions. The same response was received every time. They would tell me “don’t worry we are working on it” In the six months I was out of work they never corrected the problem. This should have been an easy fix, since they had all of my wage information. Second, medical request for the doctor’s office went unanswered. Again I had to call and call and call before they finally sent out a letter. My instincts told me to replace them, and I really wish I would have. In my opinion they were just looking for the largest possible commission check while doing the least amount of work while my health and well-being was never a consideration.
