I am an attorney with almost fifteen (15) years experience in a high volume, multi-attorney, litigation law firm.
I have represented over one-thousand clients in my practice since 2003. I have represented several hundred claimant’s in workers’ compensation claims and Social Security Disability Claims.
I routinely manage 140-150 files in all stages of litigation. I am responsible for client intake, claim management, staff management, docket management, evidence discovery, court proceedings, hearings, and file closure.
I have been recognized be The National Trial Lawyers, Top 100 Trial Lawyers, 2014, 2015, and the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group, The Nations Top 100 Injured Workers’ Attorneys’ 2014.
As a bilingual attorney I enjoy providing legal services to people in the Hispanic community. Since I am fluent in Spanish I am able to speak to and relate to my Spanish clients in their language when necessary.
