As a war veteran I was hoping to work out a loan modification with the bank on my own but found that the bank was not going to work with me. Mr. Culik was our attorney in a foreclosure matter where the bank had done the foreclosure already while we thought we were working with them on modification. After I read the review on Mr. Culik, I was very impressed with the reviews on the website. Unfortunately, after almost five or six months of waiting for a timeline on my foreclosure, I was told my money was gone and Culik law would notify my bank that they would not represent me. However, Culik ...Law never notified the bank, so the bank continued to send Culik foreclosure notices and documents which were NEVER forwarded to me. I was able to move out before the foreclosure date, with no thanks to Culik. Had they done their job, I would have known exactly what was going on. Also, I spoke to Mr. Culik ONCE during the intial interview. That was it.
