Excellent help in a time of need!

I had the blessing of being refered to Mr. Parton to help me out with an issue I was met with while traveling through North Carolina. Corey was honest , transparent, and startegic in helping me take the right plan of action to help me during this time. He followed up when he said he would , w...as available when I needed him , and was up front/open/fair when I was billed . You never want to be in need of a lawyer, but when partnering with Corey and his firm, the stress of my situation decreased to minimum levels . Thank you again for your help and god bless.

I could not have chosen better representation then Corey Parton

Corey from the beginning was very personable, straightforward, and did not judge me at any time during my case. It was a blessing for me to have him on my side. He got all of my charges dropped before I even saw a judge, and is the real deal if you need any criminal representation. Thank you for ever...ything.

**Extremely Pleased and Grateful**

On March 23rd, 2016 I chose Parton and Buckingham based on Avvo scores and information gathered from their website. I'm so glad I did! Their law clerk contacted me within an hour, taking detailed notes of my son's case. Corey Parton contacted me soon after. Based on our phone consultation, he acknowl...edged that my son had an unusual case. He was concerned about my being billed fairly; explained his rates and what he would do to keep costs down. Mr. Parton scheduled a prison visit within 5 days to see my son. Remarkable! I work for a high-profile criminal attorney (in another area of the state) so I was very impressed with his response time. I was emailed documents immediately after his prison visit, which is impressive as well. Initially he was hired for a prison visit to check the medical condition of my son; who sustained a traumatic brain injury (out of the country) and was arrested 3/2/2016 in the Atlanta airport (for a probation violation) on his way back into the country to receive medical treatment. Upon his arrest he was not allowed any medications nor was he able to take any of his medical documents. After a 10-day search; we found he had been sent to PCI in Rowan County. Not only did Mr. Parton assess his needs, he made arrangements to have his Probation Violation hearing pushed back in order to prepare adequately. We were told to expect at least 7-9 additional months of incarceration. Imagine my surprise when I received a call on the morning of 5/2/16 saying that my son was being released sometime that afternoon. I can't say enough. I don't know what magic he worked, or if it was just a miracle. However, I will be forever grateful to Mr. Parton for his efforts. For those of you who have no idea who or what to look for in a criminal attorney; Mr. Parton did a fantastic job. It is a rare thing to be able to communicate or receive assistance in a timely manner from an attorney. He was attentive, considerate and fair. I even ended up with a little refund. Wow!

Corey & Firm

I initially spoke to someone named Nicolas at teh firm. He was pleasant and informative. When Corey called he spoke to both my son and I about my son's current situation. I could tell from the questions he was asking that he was very knowledgable. Corey informed us of our next steps and exceeded my ...wife and I's expectations. If a need arrises, we will be using Corey to represent our family.

Straight forward communication

Mr. Parton did a fantastic job. He produced the ideal outcome we had initially discussed in the consultation. One thing I particularly appreciate about Mr. Parton is that he was straightforward and to the point when we talked over phone or email. I'm busy and don't need every detail; I appreciated th...at he just told me what to do, what documents to bring and where to be. I felt very protected from retaliation or harassment by the opposing side, also. I'd definitely recommend. Thanks!
