There is no better attorney for help with debt collection issues. I have used Culik Law and Attorney Culik for a couple of different cases and each time received a better result than I had even hoped. I felt like I had someone on my side and couldn't be happier. I hired Mr Culik 2 years ago to get my loan modified. I was (and still am) in dire need of a modification on my high interest loan. We were living paycheck to paycheck but after reading the reviews I thought he may be able to help. I explained to him that it would be hard to pay his fee but he wor...ked out a payment plan which was helpful. He explained to me that going through with his method was not 100% and I appreciated it. However, probably due to having to go on a payment plan in order to afford him, he didn't respond to emails very frequently. A full year went by with no resolve. Mr Culik is a very knowledgeable lawyer and knows his stuff but if you are not filing for bankruptcy or under foreclosure I wouldn’t recommend him. Maybe I caught him at a bad time but unfortunately he was unable to help me.

Mr. Culik was our attorney in a foreclosure matter where the bank had done the foreclosure already while we thought we were working with them on modification. Not only did Mr. Culik turn the foreclosure around and undo it but he also persisted in work for the modification.
