I contacted Attorney Hunt after being served paperwork for non-payment of child support in the amount of $60,000. I called his office and left a message on their voicemail, and to my surprise, he called me back personally. I told him this was an old case and I had been trying to get in touch with the... mother of my 2 children for over 12 years to no avail. I had even left messages with the Child Support Agency for her to get in contact with me and never received a response back. I went on to tell him that I was not with the mother of the youngest child during the time she was pregnant. I always have had a relationship with my oldest daughter from the beginning, and didn't know if youngest child was mine or not. I had only seen the youngest the first 2 weeks of her life and never got the chance to see or visit her since then. It seemed strange that the mother of my child would keep me away from my daughter. During our phone consultation, Attorney Hunt suggested that we get a paternity test done to establish paternity, to see if you are indeed the father, before we move forward with your case. He clearly understood the significance of my case, and he gave me valuable insight on what to do next. Once we got to court, Attorney Hunt filed a motion to establish paternity for the 2nd child. After the motion was filed, the court proceedings stopped, until the mother of my 2nd child could come to court and voluntarily agree to the paternity test being done. She agreed, and we were all tested to establish if in fact, I was the father of the 2nd child. When the results came back, I was excluded as the father. Meaning, I was not the father of the 2nd child. I would not have known my rights to have a paternity test done, given now the age of the 2nd child, if not for Attorney Hunt and his knowledge of the law. I would not have known, the laws changed some years ago to have this test done, if not for the expertise of Attorney Hunt. He fought for me and my rights! I am so happy I decided to hire him as my Attorney.

I can honestly say that Mr. Hunt's professionalism and hard work for my case was outstanding.
