I am writing this letter to recommend Will Medlin as a family law attorney. Will has a calm demeanor, but he knows how to deal with an opposing attorney who uses fear and “pit bull” tactics to sway a mediator. As with any negotiation, nobody walks away from the table 100% happy. Will pulls from his experience and resources to help his clients understand when the time is right to accept an offer. Going through a divorce is one of the toughest choices an individual can make. Children, real estate and business investments make this decision exponentially more difficult and stressful. There are so many more considerations that only an extremely talented attorney can see. Will Medlin is this attorney. He resolved my separation agreement quickly and was one of the few bright spots on a journey I never wanted to take. Will is a great attorney and a wonderful guy. My case, as most, was complexed and messy. Will was simply amazing. Every turn of event and every time I had any issue he was on top of it and always responded to my every question, issue, etc. even when I know he was not in the office! He was very patient with me and respectful in all aspects. He al...ways prepared me for what I feel was 100% accurate.
