Replied last March 19, 2014My client had several challenging issues which we addressed. I researched applicable law, did background on the debtors, and drafted demand letters in hope of a resolution. I advised my client that potential legal resolutions available were relatively expensive and likely not to reap a desired result. I essentially prepared a cost-benefit analysis for pursuing the matters. With that advice my client was able to determine what was best for his business.
