Biography
Melissa L. Isaak focuses her practice on domestic relations for men. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Isaak served in the United States Army as an active duty soldier for four years. While on active duty, Ms. Isaak attended college as a full-time student and obtained her bachelor's degree and a masters degree in psychology. After an honorable discharge from the military, Ms. Isaak worked as a child and adolescent therapist in both a residential hospital and in a private practice setting. She also worked as an adjunct professor of psychology at Wallace Community College in Dothan, Alabama where she taught courses in general psychology, human growth and development and statistics. Ms. Isaak also obtained a second masters degree in criminal justice and became a published author while conducting research for the United States Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory (USAARL). She then obtained her law degree from Barry University School of Law where she served as Senior Editor of the Barry Law Review. Ms. Isaak received a direct commission as a JAG officer in the Alabama National Guard and is a member of the Family Law Committee of the Alabama Law Institute. Replied last November 1, 2023This client did not hire me and I was not the attorney who worked on his case. However, I greatly disagree with his recitation of facts. The Alabama State Bar rules prohibit me from disclosing information relative to his claims. That said, I’m not sure why he has left me a negative review as I did not handle his case.

Mrs. Isaak answers your questions. She also is very transparent with her clients. She understands family dynamics. She has broad shoulders and really will fight hard for her clients. In my life time I’ve have had an opportunity to work with the best and Mrs Issak is a cut above.

Supremely Disappointed
Had a "consultation" today and was told that there was nothing they could do to help me and was charged the fee for it,adding insult to injury.Tread very carefully before spending your hard earned money with this firm.

Hype is not results.
Buyer beware. Long on promises. Very short on delivery. Dads beware. She is in this for the limelight. She does not care about dads and their children. Should be ashamed.

Many, many feminists don’t appreciate others who fight for men. This type of ignorance and immaturity is something we commonly wrestle with.
