When you have hired an attorney or been appointed one you are prepared to put your life in their hands. In a way, this is similar to how one would with a surgeon in life threatening procedure. I cannot think of anyone who is better to put your trust into other than Ray Hayes. With him, you can expect the best possible outcome for your case. I was facing serious time (4 felonies, facing 10 years for check fraud ) and today I am free to think about my future and get my life together(1 misdemeanor and 1 year probation). With Ray Hayes as your attorney, you can say, “surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.”

Look no further, hire Ray Hayes !!
Ray Hayes did an amazing job representing me in several different cases. He worked well with the district attorney's office in ensuring I was able to get the best deal possible as opposed to trying to go to trial and beat 4 separate charges which would have been extremely difficult in convincing a jury I was innocent of all 4 charges. He was able to go to trial and win in another case for me as well as allowing me to walk out of court on a different occasion when I was facing 3 separate probation charges. Needless to say, if I had hired a different attorney I might not have the freedom to write this review. I would recommend Ray Hayes to anyone who wants an attorney that not only cares about his clients, but has the knowledge and connections to put his clients in the best possible situation possible. I truly believe there is no other attorney that could have put me in a better situation than I currently am. If your looking for an attorney that will do every an anything they can to put you in a better position, I would stop looking at other attorney's and hire Ray Hayes. I hope I never have to hire another attorney again but if something was to come up, I know my only call would be made to Ray Hayes!! An all around job well done. He is a fantastic attorney, and an even better human being. Thanks for everything Ray !!

IT PAYS TO CALL RAY HAYES!!
Ray Hayes II Attorney at Law shown to be dedicated, efficient, interested, energetic, prompt, ambitious, and professional. The attorney everyone needs by their side! Mr Hayes applies a sense of urgency throughout all legal , as well as, Court proceedings. After recognizing the fact that my court appointed attorney was not on my team whatsoever, needless to say, he was fired! My first meeting with Mr Hayes was extremely beneficial as he treated me with patience, respect and courtesy while paying close attention to all details. I would also find out Mr Hayes undoubtedly works for the best outcome of his client. Not for the district attorney not for the courts not for the state and especially not all about money he 100% is all about his clients best interest and outcome. Mr Ray Hayes had my best interest throughout. He is extremely thorough, totally dedicated and honest. He explained what he could do for me and what he could not do for me. He also explained all court procedures and legal jargon until I understood everything fully. On my second Court appearance, an eager, well informed Ray Hayes II Attorney at Law handled my case in a way which astonished my whole family, as well as, myself! What was supposed to be my bond reduction hearing, ended up with settling my case without jumping through all the normal courtroom hoops. This stance Mr Hayes initiated was in my best interest! D.A. showed up in court a bit overconfident, thinking the court would send me to prison upon their word. Who would have guessed? Justice prevailed on that day and it started and ended with Mr Hayes! Instead of normal court procedures following normal suit, Ray Hayes captured the judges attention with relevant information about this case and he was heard by the judge you see the district attorney came to court with sheer confidence nothing else Mr Hayes came to court totally prepared and Justice prevailed, I did not go to prison, instead I went home with my family! The district attorney was flabbergasted, utterly shocked and even made a sound of disgust while shaking her head at the judges verdict. You may ask the moral of this story...? Well, do not take advantage of how the system usually works, be aware of all facts and never never be too proud or confident. Always be prepared because in a rare occasion the judge might just be interested in fairness instead of just jumping through the necessary Court proceeding hoops of the judge backing up the district attorney/state!! At the end of the day, Ray Hayes II Attorney at Law is interested in"YOU" and your case at hand. He is definitely not in court to play games or jump through those hoops. Mr Hayes is not only a fabulous defense attorney but someone you absolutely want on your side till the end! Mr Hayes put his best foot forward and how he did shine! THANK YOU so much, Mr. Hayes!! Sincerely, Tim, Lesley and Family RAY HAYES..... #1 Defense Attorney ......Strongly Suggested. .......One Amazing Lawyer!!!! ~~~ 100% 100% 100%~~~

Best lawyer ever
If you are looking for an attorney look no further because you just hit the JACKPOT Ray Hayes is definitely the lawyer you want on your side. Gray is a brilliant attorney that is extremely well-versed in law. Watching Ray go to work in a courtroom is like watching a lion devouring and antelope!!! Before I hired Ray I had never seen an attorney with as much fire, passion, and determination as I seen in Ray. Once you hire great he goes to work immediately for you working far into the night while all of the other lawyers have went home hours ago Ray is still hard at work "FOR YOU". On the day of court you can't help noticing that ray has definitely done his new diligence to ensure your victory. The combination of all of his long hours and hard work are apparent when your case is being heard. So if you are looking for a "Juggernaut attorney" Ray Hayes is 100% definitely the attorney for you!!!

Thank You Mr. Hayes, for great service during our time of need.
We have used Ray on several occasions, the most important was during the Incorporation process of my business. He was quick to respond to any questions I had, handled all matters quickly and kept me informed of the process on a regular basis. He helped us on a few other occasions including a guardianship matter as well as a tenant eviction. He was compassionate and thorough.

Excessive fee charged and knowledge of fee paid withheld from client.
My father acquired Mr Raymond Hayes for me while I was incarcerated for a parole violation that was a result of being charged with felony drug possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia. After a consultation, my father paid a $7,500 retainer to insure his representation of me on the parole violation and the new charges. The following day Mr Hayes came to visit me in the county jail and the first thing we went over was the fee agreement to secure his representation. Mr Hayes initially had the fees set at a total of $12,500. Of which he stated $2500 was for representation at the parole hearing, and the additional $10,000 to represent me on the new charges which included pre-trial and trial representation if it were to come to that. Because I was aware of the circumstances involved with my case and knowing only an extremely small percentage of criminal cases make it to trial, I specifically stated to Mr Hayes that a trial would not be required, as we both are aware that the majority of criminal cases are resolved without a trial through either a plea or dismissal, to which he agreed. So I stated the included fee for trial wasn’t necessary, and Mr Hayes marked out the $12,500 amount and wrote $7,500 in its place. After doing so I agreed to his representation and signed the fee agreement contract. I was unable to receive a copy of the contract due to me being incarcerated at the county jail and Mr Hayes not having readily access to a copier. Mr Hayes represented me at my parole hearing where I was sentenced to 90 days. While incarcerated I received a letter from Mr Hayes stating my next court date was set for August 11 which was a little more than 2 weeks after my release date for the parole violation. On the day of my very first court date, Mr Hayes showed up over an hour late. When he did finally arrive he spoke to the district attorney or their assistant (which ever it was) and after speaking to them, he brought me outside the courtroom to discuss the plea being offered. But before I would even think about accepting any plea I asked Mr Hayes for a police report because I wanted to know what probable cause the officers had to initiate their investigation to begin with and to see what little evidence they claimed to have. To which Mr Hayes said he wasn’t even sure there was a police report yet and he walked back into the courtroom to inquire about it. A few moments later he walks out with the police report and he goes over it for the very first time with me. So this means he is asking me to accept a guilty plea for a crime that he hadn’t even seen a police report on, and that he wasn’t even aware of the basic circumstances involved with the alleged offenses. So in weighing my decision to accept the plea, my main incentive was I believed it would save me $5,000 in additional attorney fees just by going ahead and accepting the offer of time served for a guilty plea on possession of paraphernalia, that had no further consequences than had the case been dismissed completely or had I been found not guilty at trial. The main deciding factor of not taking the case to trial was my belief that it would have ended up costing me thousands of dollars . After I left the courthouse, I was speaking to my father about my reason for accepting the plea, thinking I was saving thousands of dollars avoiding a trial. That is when my father informed me that he had paid Mr Ray Hayes an additional $7,500 after I had signed the fee agreement contract stating the fee for a trial would not be required because it would be settled with a plea or dismissal. After learning about this fact I immediately contacted Mr Hayes by phone and stated my displeasure and requested a partial refund for the fees that weren’t warranted and that I specifically didn’t agree to to which his only response was “I think you got a great deal”. I feel his actions are morally and ethically wrong given the circumstances.
