Very unprofessional

I recently retained Mr. Patrick J Williams to help my daughter with her case instead of getting help I got more charges over charged Not only did he overcharge over bill, but he gave us an another attorney without our knowledge we end up getting another lawyer from his firm Then was told that he... was out of the country which was a lie because I have a mutual friend of his wife’s and instead of him being professional about iy he dismissed us as if we weren’t important . The other attorney had the nerve to contact my daughter at 2 o’clock in the morning for payment not to talk about the case but to ask for payment Then chargef $1400 Each time we had to go to court Judy got them to be continued from Wake county to Johnston County. I just think this firm is a rip off this is my experience. I would never refer them. I went with him because I thought he would do a good job and because he’s brown like me that’s the truth that he would represent my daughter and my grandchildren, but that was not the case instead I got disappointed overcharged and we removed him immediately because it just seemed the only thing was happening was my charges were going up up up and we never would go to court so I don’t know how he got a five star but I see that he only has three Client reviews but this one is my experience with him and Tatyana

Best Attorney Yet!

Patrick handled a criminal/traffic claim for me. He was professional, accessible, and responsive. I was able to resolve my charges and retain my driving privileges. I'd recommend Patrick in a heartbeat to anyone in need of a good lawyer.

Legal Advice on Small Claims Process

Mr. Williams was very thorough in explaining the procedure I should follow in a dispute I had with a nationally recognized company. Because of his expertise and the concern he exhibited for my legal rights to fair treatment as a client of a major corporate enterprise, I was able to resolve my disput...e. I highly recommend Mr. Williams.

Best Lawyer in Raleigh

I would place The Batch & Williams Law office in Raleigh as one of the most professional, trustworthy and hard-working groups in the Triangle. As a busy professional I needed to hire an attorney with consummate knowledge of the law, and someone I could trust. They guided me through my legal issues ...and kept me informed of all my options. Not only were they helpful and kind, but they gave my specific case the time and care other it needed to be successful, and thanks to Patrick Williams and his gifted and hard-working team, I won my case! Also, their staff is bilingual which was helpful in my situation. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I could not be happier with my decision to work with them.
